The shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the shipping destination and weight at checkout.

Delivery Times

The delivery time depends on the selected payment method. Orders paid for by credit card, cash on delivery, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay are usually ready for dispatch within one working day. Prepayment orders will only be sent after receipt of payment. Please note that the bank processing time can be up to 4 working days. Accordingly, if there is a high demand, an item may no longer be available even though it was shown as available at the time you placed your order.

In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 7 working days. Special orders upon request or custom orders up to 14 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a link to your personal tracking number.

Who is paying Custom Fees?

Customs fees are levied by the government of the country that the goods are shipped to. These fees are out of our control. All custom/import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs charges & threshold prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.
